Custom plain-PHP systems

Systems written in plain PHP, without a framework, are often built for one specific business: admin tools, order management, internal databases or older online stores. For such systems I can build:

Legacy PHP system maintenance and taking over existing systems

You do not have to build a new system from scratch. If the developer who built your system is no longer available, or there is no documentation, I can take the system over and continue the work:

• code review – I find out how the system works and estimate the safest way to make the required changes;

• bug fixes – PHP errors, broken functions, problems after a PHP version upgrade;

• new features and changes to existing ones;

• integrations with other systems;

• speed – optimisation of slow SQL queries and code;

Process automation

PHP can automate repetitive work: scheduled data import, price and stock updates, file processing, report generation, order transfer or data export. These processes run automatically on a schedule using cron jobs. When a process needs to understand text or documents, I use AI-powered process automation.

Integrations with other systems

I can connect custom and non-standard PHP systems with ERP and accounting software, CRM, supplier, payment and courier systems via REST API, JSON, XML or SOAP.
